ApexiCon E Cream Information

ApexiCon® E Cream (diflorasone emollient cream) is a medication licensed for the treatment of poison ivy, dermatitis, eczema, and a variety of other skin conditions. This medicine comes as an emollient cream, which is applied to the affected areas of the skin one to three times a day. It is a type of steroid and works by reducing inflammation and suppressing an overactive immune system.
 
While most people tolerate the medicine well, side effects can occur and may include skin irritation, dryness, or burning. Do not use large amounts of this medicine or for extended periods, as this may increase your risk for serious problems.
