Olux-E Side Effects

Although most people do not experience any problems with Olux®-E (clobetasol propionate emollient foam), side effects are possible. Clinical studies have shown that the most common reactions to this skin medicine include:
 
  • Suppression of the adrenal glands
  • Weakening and thinning of the skin
  • Skin reactions.
 
While most of these types of reactions are typically easy to treat, contact your healthcare provider if you develop infections, severe fluid retention, difficulty breathing, or other potentially serious side effects of Olux-E.
