Etanersept

Were you looking for information about Etanercept? Etanersept is a common misspelling of etanercept.

Some people with inflammatory conditions that affect the joints and skin may take etanercept (Enbrel®) to help relieve the symptoms of these conditions. Etanercept comes in an injection form and works by keeping the immune system from attacking the body, which can also help to prevent future damage from occurring. Although etanercept is not a cure for these conditions, it can relieve the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and plaque psoriasis. Prior to taking etanercept, be sure to tell your healthcare provider about all of the medications you are currently taking and if you have any allergies.
